Warranty on watches

 

All watches are delevered accompanied by a filled in and valid warranty certificate.. With this certificate you are able to offer a repair wich involves the movement under warranty to us or any other official reseller of the specific brand, during the period mentioned in the warranty certificate. Normally this is 24 months. We also use the following additional guidelines.

• Supplying goods for repair is the task of the customer, these costs are not reimbursed
• Without a warranty certificate, a repair is never repaired under warranty. Costs will be charged
• Over warranty repairs of products wich are bought at our shop, returning costs are never charged
• For repairs of products we did not sell, a minimum shipping and handling fee of € 25,00 is charged
• In case a repair is not cost free, we will inform you about this
• Once a price quote is agreed and is cancelled afterwards, a cancelling fee of € 25,00 minimum for shipping, handling and research costs is charged

 

All products as well within or over the warranty period can be offered for repair. Therefore you need to clearly describe the defect and offer it to our parcel address. As soonas your repair is received, we will inform you about the follow up and give an estimated price quote. We strongly recommend that you get in contact with us, before any product is send to us.

 

Generally movement defects are repaired under warranty. Damages or defects to the glass, pushers, strap, pushpins, battery e.d. are not repaired under warranty, unless clearly a factory shortage caused the malfunction.

 

Warranty on jewelry

 

Jewelry is only repaired or exchanged under warraty when:

The jewelry is bought in our shop

The jewelry was delivered with a filled in and stamped warranty certificate, the repair does not exceed the warranty period and the brand supplier states this repair as a warranty repair

The defect is caused due to a production shortage or construction failure

 

In case a repair is not cost free, we will inform you about this
Once a price quote is agreed and is cancelled afterwards, a cancelling fee of € 25,00 minimum for shipping, handling and research costs is charged

 

Wear off and tear off caused by normal use and wearing the jewelry are not covered by warranty.
