Returns

In case a product does not fulfill your needs, Watchworld offers a 14 days returning possibility. No returning reason asked. It is however important that you carefully read our returning policy as stated below.

• Before a product is returned, you have to request a return form via info@e-shopps.eu mentioning your order number.
• Returns without return form are not accepted and returned to you.
• Costs out of incorrect returned items are deducted on the amount to be refunded.
• The product can be judged in their transparent seal.
• A broken seal will be judged as use of the product, in wich case returning is not possible any longer.
• The product needs to be returned in their unbroken seal, unweared, undamaged and in original state, together with all belongings, accessoiries, documents and packaging.
• All labels attached to the product need to stay in their original state in case of a return.
• Ear jewellery will not be taken in return due to hygene reasons.
• Postage costs for returnings are not reimbursed by us.
• You need tomsufficiently stamp your parcel, choose for protective packaging material and select a safe shipping method such as registered parcel for valuable documents. Let your postal office inform you about this.
• The risk of a lost parcel in case of a return is yours.

Refunds

In case of cancelling (exceeding 30 days and before dispatch), the paid amount for the order is completely refunded to you.

On every return, <30 days cancelling and cancelling after dispatch, the handling and/or delivery costs made by us are deducted on the amount to be returned. Please find these deducted cotst below.

Netherlands - € 9,50

Belgium and Germany - € 14,50

Rest of Europe - € 19,50

Internationaal - € 35,00

Refund takes place within 14 days via our payment provider DocData Payments and to the payment method you chose to use when placing the order. iDeal and bank transfers will be visible on your account within a few days, depending on transaction times between banks, after DocData processed our refund request.For credit cards the refunded amount will be visible on your next copy. Paypal refunds are processed directly via PayPal and immediately visible after processing.

NOTE. Doc Data processes transactions on the 1st, 8th, 16th, 23th each month. In case we request a refund on the 9th, this will be processed by Doc Data on the 16th. Please consider this delay.
