Delivery

All at Watchworld purchased products are generally delivered between 3 days and 3 weeks, depending wether an ordered product is in stock or has to be ordered at our supplier. Delivery times are as far as possible mentioned with the particular product. Please consider that it is difficult to give an exact delivery day for products wich are not in stock. We can give you an estimated delivery time via the page Delivery times.

Watchworld delivers world wide. Delivery costs can be charged on orders, depending on wich country to dispatch to. In case of delivery costs, these costs will be mentioned with your order, before your payment has to be made. For more information on delivery costs please visit Delivery costs.

We offer the following delivery possiblities.

TNT EU Secure

Parcels are shipped with TNT to the address you provide. Foreign parcels are delivered on the address mentioned on the parcel. The receiver has to be the person mentioned on the parcel, he/she has to sign for it personally. Depending on how your local postal company handles parcels, in some cases you have to visit a nearby post office for receiption. With TNT EU Secure the risk of loss is ours off course.

Lost parcel with TNT EU Secure
In case a parcel is lost, we follow a guideline of 60 days after the last registration of the parcel was made in the tracking system. After this period a replacing product is sent or a refund is made. In some cases we choose to normally stamp parcels and dispatch by regular post.
